Releases 2 October 2026. Forty-six minutes. The featured track is called Gjallarhorn, which tells you exactly how much the concept has changed in thirty years: not at all, and that is the appeal. You do not follow Amon Amarth for surprises. You follow them for consistency with a battle axe.
Warning — Rituals of Shame

We flagged the announcement in week 25. The album is out now in full, and the featured track runs nine and a half minutes. The fan reception says everything:

Released 17 July. A seven-and-a-half-minute featured track with a Latin title inside a parenthetical inside an album title with its own parenthetical. The music earns the pretension.

Beenkerver — “Een Kansspel Voor Het Graf” (Verhaltensabgrund compilation)
Germany (Vendetta Records) · Black Metal Featured track: Een Kansspel Voor Het Graf
A Vendetta Records compilation out 22 July, and the featured track title is in Dutch: A Game of Chance for the Grave. Six and a half minutes. The supporters treat the whole compilation as one piece, which is the highest compliment a label sampler can get.

Neurosis — An Undying Love For A Burning World

The quiet return we spotted in week 19 is now a full record: an hour and three minutes, released in March, and the feed is still processing it months later. One supporter put it better than any review:
