Combichrist has always been the band your industrial friends call too metal and your metal friends call too industrial. Norwegian-born Andy LaPlegua has kept that tension running for over two decades, and this single leans hard into the metal half. Sharp industrial rhythms underneath. Reckless aggression on top.
The video comes from G13 Production House, directed by Dariusz Szermanowicz. The man shoots for Behemoth and Kreator. It shows. This does not look like a synth act’s video. It looks like a threat.
The Venom in the Mouth of God lands on 24 July through Out Of Line. And if you want the live version: Combichrist plays Alcatraz in Kortrijk this August. A band built on chaos, inside a festival built on beer and good manners. That should be interesting.
