Lyrically, as much as you can decipher through the hellish growls, the song seems to be taking a dive into the horrors of forced reproduction, bodily autonomy, and mangled medical control — not exactly light fare, but delivered with the kind of tongue-in-cheek perversity that deathgrind champions manage to get away with. It’s intentionally revolting, but it forces you to confront topics most avoid, even if through a lens soaked in gore and filth.
